ARDEX A 38 MIX 為一混合A 38 水泥及骨料的混合型水泥砂漿，提供超快乾地層砂漿，只需3小時即可步行，且不論厚度，只需4小時即可接續作業。
- 預拌級別砂，只需加水即可使用
- 3小時後可步行
- 4小時後可直接接續陶瓷或天然石材磚…等
- 48小時後可舖設地毯、木材或乙稀基地板材
- 6小時後可通過 BRE 砂漿 (ISCR) 測試
- 24小時後可達到一般水泥砂漿28天後的最小壓力及拉伸測試強度。
